   Representatives of Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk Group of Companies held a meeting with the students of the Boiler and Reactor Engineering Department of Altai State Technical University.

General designer for fossil fuel-fired boilers Arseniy Kvrivishvili, chief engineer Alexander Avdonin, as well as representatives of the company's branch in Barnaul met with the senior students of the "Boiler and Reactor Engineering" department of AltGTU. They spoke about the main lines of the factory's work, shared plans for its development and offered students employment.

Alexander Avdonin noted how important young qualified personnel are for the company: “Thanks to the knowledge, skills and ingenuity of specialists, the factory remains a leader. The market shows that the production of an enterprise is determined by the competence of the design service. Our designers - are the gold fund of the company, which we are proud of. It was very pleasant to know that your department is one of the few in the country that prepares specialists for us. We are ready to see AltGTU graduates to be among the staff of our enterprises both in Barnaul and Podolsk. "
