     At the Usinskiy oil field, PAO LUKOIL has put in commercial operation a steam generating plant of 20 tons per hour capacity produced by JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk.

    It is the first steam generating plant designed jointly by specialists of PAO LUKOIL and JSC Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk within the Import Substitution Program for oil field surface facilities.

     LUKOIL disposes of considerable heavy crude oil reserves, which production requires hot steam effect on the oil pool. The steam generating plant with once-through boiler supplied by JSC ZiO is intended to produce wet steam or hot water of high pressure which will be used for the hot steam effect on the oil pool.

     The Group of Companies of Machine-Building Factory of Podolsk has long term relations with the petroleum company LUKOIL for which the factory carries out innovative projects related to the energy supplies. The ZiO boiler equipment is successfully working at TPP Stavrolen in Budennovsk, auxiliary power plant of LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez, power units at Yarega oil filed.
